We have a class pet named Ellie! She's an elephant and she's not real, she's a stuffed elephant. Each Friday someone from class gets to take her home for the weekend and write in Ellie's book about what all we did with her. My teacher picks someone randomly and a few weekends ago it was finally my turn to take Ellie home! I was sooooooooooo excited because I've wanted to take her home for a long time! Me and Ellie had a lot of fun together! She rode with us to a lot of places but I didn't take her in because I didn't want to get her dirty. I wrote all about her and I was sad to have to take her back to school. I hope I'll get to bring her home again before the year is over.
