My First Halloween!

Today is October 31, which means it's Halloween. It's a special one because it's my very first Halloween ever! I had a lot of fun on my first Halloween and got to go trick-or-treating with Mommy, Daddy, Lucy, and even Gumma and Poppy! Mommy dressed me up like a cabbage patch kid. She even dressed me as a pumpkin and a lady bug, too, but only to take pictures! I had fun walking around our neighborhood and asking for candy. Lucy and I got a lot of candy and I liked looking through it when we got home! I can't wait until next year to go trick-or-treating again!

I'm A Cabbage Patch Kid!

Mommy decided to have me dress up as a Cabbage Patch Kid for Halloween! It's a really neat costume and was really easy for me. All I had to do was wear this really warm hat that Mommy made for me and sit in the stroller. We went trick-or-treating at HyVee last weekend with Gramma and Grampa Wiseman and lots and lots and lots of people looked at me and smiled and said I looked really cute. It's a really neat costume. Thanks, Mommy!

Peek-A-Boo With Grampa Wiseman

I love playing peek-a-boo with anyone who will play it with me! This past weekend I had a special treat of playing peek-a-boo with Grampa Wiseman! It was so much fun! I really like playing with him and wish I could play with him more than I do. Mommy said he lives in Kansas City which is about 2 1/2 hours away from where we live. That's why we don't see him or Gramma Wiseman very much. I can't wait to see them again at Thanksgiving when we go to celebrate at their house. I bet he will play peek-a-boo with me again and it will be a lot of fun!

8 Months Old

I'm 8 months old now! As I say every month, I can't believe I'm this old already! I've had a pretty good life so far. I know Mommy, Daddy, and Lucy really like having me around! Here are some of the things I'm doing now:

 

• I can army crawl like you wouldn't believe! I get around really fast with army crawling. Mommy and Daddy are still surprised at how fast I get around.
• I weigh about 18 pounds!
• I like to eat fruits, chicken and apples, chicken and noodles, oatmeal, and I like grape juice and Cheetos!
• I can pull up on anything and am realizing that I can cruise around by holding onto things. That is fun!
• I love it when Lucy makes me laugh!
• I like to wave and say my version of "bye-bye."
• I like to use my finger to point at things.
• I love to make raspberry noises with my mouth. I do that a lot!
• I'm getting better at sleeping all night long without waking up.  

 

Cheetos!!!

Mommy is so much fun! She gave me a Cheeto to eat the other day and I loved it! It was really different tasting than anything I've eaten before, but I loved it! She's so good to me and I love her a whole, whole bunch!

 

My New Hat

I went out to eat with Gumma and Poppy last week at Steak 'n Shake and I got to wear a hat during dinner. Don't I look so cute?!

 



My Seven Month Pictures

Mommy took me to get my seven month pictures taken last month. She got them back yesterday and I had to share them with you. I look so cute!!

Playing At The Park

My Mommy and Daddy are so much fun! They took me to play at the park with my sister the other day. It was such a pretty day and I got to swing! It was so much fun! I even got to swing with Lucy, too. I sure do love my family and I love swinging!
