These pictures are from the 4th of July last year. Three years ago Poppy planted a new tree in his yard and we thought it would be fun for me to take a picture with it each year on the 4th of July to see how its grows. I was really surprised to see it's growth last summer! I wonder how much bigger it will be this summer!?
I went to sleep away church camp for the first time last summer and it was a blast! I went with Lucy and the church group that she went with the year before. I left on Monday afternoon and got home last Thursday night. It was really fun, but I didn't really like the showers there very much! I was glad to be home and use my own shower! I'm looking forward to going again this summer!
I had fun at the Daddy Daughter dance this year! The theme was Denim & Diamonds and I got a really, really pretty blue sequined dress to wear. It was kind of like diamonds, but not really. Daddy wore jeans because it was denim. I had a fun time planning everything out that I was going to wear and getting ready. Mommy helped me curl my hair really pretty like. I had a fun time with Daddy and my BFF, Sophia. I can't believe I only have one more daddy daughter dance left to go to!
Mommy helped me make a Starbucks cup for my Valentine box this year. I think it turned out really good! She said it's one of her favorites that she's made!
