Me and Daddy made frozen hands out of gloves last month when it was soooo cold! We took some disposable gloves he has and filled them up with food-colored water. Then we tied them and put them outside to freeze. It was so fun to take the glove part off and just have a colored ice hand left! I like doing things like this when it gets so super cold.
I got some cool things for Christmas for my room! I got this hoop net thing and then I got these curtain lights. We put them up a few weeks ago and I love how it looks! I love hanging out there in my corner. I really wanted to put the net thing over my bed but it just wouldn't work but that's okay. I really like this set up! I love my room!
I got a whole bunch of cool hair clips for Christmas and decided to put them all in my hair at the same time one day this week. I think it looks pretty cool! Hahah! It was also really cold so I was wearing my snow pants!
I got to go see the Wonka movie last week with my friends, Haddie and Hailey. Haddie's family took us to celebrate her birthday. It was a lot of fun! We got to eat dinner at the movie and we all split a pizza and then had lots of popcorn. I love movie popcorn! The movie was really good and it was so fun seeing it with my friends!
Mommy got some flower legos for Christmas and she said last week that if we had a snow day we could start working on them. We actually had 2 snow days last week so we got to start working on the flowers! I think they are really cool and I'm so glad Mommy let me and Lucy work on some of her legos. I don't know if I would have shared my legos like that!
I played my first volleyball game ever last Thursday and I really liked it! I'm so glad my friend, Hailey, is on my team. I wish Haddie was on my team, too, but she's on a different team. Our team had never practiced together and probably most of us had never played but we did good and had a fun time! I served a few times and one two of my serving times I made it over the net! I was so excited about that! I can't wait for more practices and games! You can watch a couple of the times I served here!
I'm playing volleyball now! My first game is tonight so I'll have to tell you about it later. I signed up to play with my friends, Haddie and Hailey. On Sunday we went to the Fieldhouse where we're playing and we had evaluations to see what our skills were and then we got placed on teams. I'm on the Navy team and Hailey is also on my team! That's cool but I really wish Haddie was on our team, too. So we have our first game tonight and it will be interesting because I bet a lot of us have never played before! I'm excited for it though! Mommy got me a volleyball and we've been trying to practice some. We've had to do it in the garage because it's been really cold outside. I can't wait to play tonight!
