Music Room!

I made myself a music room in the basement! First I was using the counter and had a kind of drum set up, but then I realized I could move it all into the room that's underneath the stairs. As Mommy said, I'm really creative! 

8 1/2!

My 8 1/2 year birthday was on August 20, just 2 days before school started. Everyone sang to me during dinner and you can that here! I can't believe I'm already 8 1/2! That half year went by really fast. Mommy got me some press on fingernails. I really liked them, but they were kind of long so I didn't wear them for a long time. But I like them! Now I can't wait for my full birthday where I turn 9!!

101 Dalmatians!

I'm in the 101 Dalmatians play at the Springfield Little Theater! And I even have a speaking part! My puppy's name is Freckles and I have a line where I say "Cruella's fur vault." It's pretty easy and I memorized it right away. I've been having fun with the practices. They are Monday-Thursday from 7-9pm. I don't really like going to bed late and having to get up early, but it's okay. Lucy is doing the play and some of my friends are, too, which is super fun! Our performances are 9/21-9/24. I'm not sure if I will have a microphone during the play but I sure hope I do! 

The Lion King!

I was in a performance of The Lion King right before school started! Me and Lucy both did the Lion King camp that was at the Springfield Little Theater and it was two weeks right before school started. We had to audition for parts and then had six performances at the end of the two weeks. I was in the Jungle Ensemble and had a leaf that I carried around. At one point I also had a light that I got to click off and on. It was fun, but sometimes it got boring. Since I didn't have a really big part I wasn't always working on it. But I'm really glad I did the play! 

Maybe A Little Too Small!

We were shopping one day and I saw this Disney princess jacket that I thought would be funny to put on. I think it's just a little too small. What do you think?!

Shoe Shopping!

 We went shopping last weekend and I found some fun slippers I wanted to get. Mommy and Daddy said no, but I'm hopeful that maybe they said no because they want to get them for me for Christmas or something like that! They were really fun slippers! 

Dog Walking Job!

Me and Lucy had a job for one night walking dogs for our friends when they were out of town. It was kind of hard work and the dogs had a lot of energy! It was fun, but I don't think I'd want to do that type of a job full time! They paid us $15 which was pretty cool! You can watch here!
