Text Features Assignment

We did an assignment where we had to write about ourself using different text features. Here's mine. I think it turned out really good! 

Santa!

We saw Santa a few weeks before Christmas! I really like seeing Santa. We went to Bass Pro to see him and I got to tell him I wanted a Nintendo Switch and a microphone stand. We took a picture with him and then rode the carousel. I love going to see Santa! 

Heatless Curlers!

Mommy got me some heatless curlers and they work really well! We were both really surprised how well they work. You divide your hair into two sections and then kind of like braid around this big long thing. Your hair should be damp and you need to sleep in it overnight. It was kind of uncomfortable but the hair thing is soft so it wasn't too bad. Then you take it out in the morning and have really nice curls! Mommy really loved how much hair turned out! I liked it too, but I think she liked it more! 

Silver Dollar City With The Mustaters!

We went to Silver Dollar City earlier this month with the Mustaters and it was so much fun! I love Haddie and Hailey so much and we have lots of fun together! Haddie rode there with us and then we met Hailey there with her parents. We all got to eat together and had fun walking around and riding rides. It was a fun time!!

Space Kitty's Time Machine

We had to write a story at school I think my story is great! I wrote about "Space Kitty's Time Machine" and I think it's a funny story! We had to share our story with our classmates and then they had to write a comment about it. I got some pretty good comments and Mr. Lyons said it was amazing and very creative! Here are screenshots of my story so you can read it, too! 

Crazy Sock Day!

We had a crazy sock say for spirit day in October so I wore these socks that Mommy got from Santa Claus last year! It was crazy because they are Christmas socks but I wore them in October! 

Skate Night!

We had a school skate night a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun because a lot of friends from my grade were there! We even took a group picture with a lot of us there. It was fun and I'm excited for the next school skate night! 

Our Funny Elves!

I love our elves so much! Sweetie Pie and Star and so much fun! They have eaten some of my popcorn, played with my card and legos, and played checkers. They even toilet papered our living room and then brought us a butter tree! I bet they were really cold that day because they were in the refridgerator the whole day!

We went to Kansas City to see Gramma and Grampa last weekend and Santa said that the elves would go with us! It was so much fun to take them along! I will really miss them when they have to go back to the North Pole after Christmas. 

Christmas Jammies!

I love my Christmas jammies! I actually got these earlier in the fall but love wearing them all year round. I wanted footie jammies so bad and was super excited when we found them! They are so warm and cozy! 

My First Piano Recital

I had my very first piano recital last month! I played two songs and I think I did a really good job! I was kind of nervous but it didn't bother me too bad. Gramma and Grampa came and Gumma came, too. Poppy was sick so he couldn't come. Here is my  Distant Chimes song and here is my Belle from Beauty and the Beast song.
