I got to have some Spanish lessons during reading time in school! It was really fun. My teacher had some high school students from Kickapoo come and teach us some Spanish words. And we got to have a Cinco de Mayo party on May 5! It was so much fun. We made fun sombrero hats and made maracas out of balloons, rice, and spoons! We also got to have a lot of chips and salsa and guacamole! It was such a fun party!
When Lucy had her birthday party last month I was sitting by Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Nathan and we played with their phones and took some fun picture! They're super fun to play with! ds
I got these new playing cards from Moriah Elizabeth! She's a YouTuber I like to watch and she's really cool because she redoes squishies and she even makes them. People send her their old squishies and she paints them new colors or fixes them up if they're broken or something. She has cards that have all of her squishies on them so I got some. They're really cool!
I had a really fun sleepover last weekend! It was with my friends, Haddie and Hailey! I know them from our life group and we all have lots of fun together! They're both in third grade and none of us go to the same school, but that's okay. I wish we did go to the same school. We had so much fun! We had made a list of what all we were going to do and did a lot of it. We made slime and had Chick fil A for dinner, then played and watched some of Harry Potter. We fell asleep maybe around 11pm or so and then we had donuts for breakfast! It was a super fun time! We were at Haddie's house and I hope next time we can have a sleepover at my house!
One day in counselor time we talked about working and how you have to have a resume when you want to get a job. Our counselor had us make up a resume and I think I have a really good start on mine!

I got out an old poodle skirt that Mommy had from when she was a kid and played in it one day. Mommy said that Gramma Ward (Gigi) made it for her. It fits me perfectly and is fun to spin around in! You can watch me here!
In art class out art teacher had us make self portraits. She helped us get started and then helped us figure out how to do them. Here is my self portrait! I think it looks really good!
So you know I like corn on the cob and a few weeks ago when we were shopping Mommy and Daddy got some for us to make at home! I loved it so much I had to hold on to it while shopping! And yes, I know I'm 8 years old and sitting in a grocery cart. Sometimes I just don't like walking around shopping!
