I really like playing school and Mommy took me to the teacher supply store a few weeks ago and let me get some teacher supply things! I had never been there and I was so surprised about everything they had! They had so much stuff! It was kind of hard to decide what to get but I finally decided on a teacher's planning book and a cool calendar for my schoolroom wall. I love that store and want to go back and buy more stuff!
I love watched the tv show Bunk'd! It's about some kids who go to summer camp and I just love the show. In the Girls World magazine that we get there's an address for writing to the Bunk'd cast and Mommy helped me write a letter to them last week. I hope I hear back from them!
We went to Petsmart a few weeks ago and it was so much fun! We used to go there a lot a few summers ago but we've kind of forgotten about it. So we went one day and they had a whole bunch of cats and kittens and they were so cute! I wish we could take one home!
One day we went to the library to read to a dog! The dog we read to was named Finn. He was really big and I did like reading to him but I didn't like how he tried to get right up in my face! I read Dogman to him and I think he liked it. It was fun and Mommy said we can go back and read to another dog this week! I'm excited for it!
Mommy took us to Staples one day and I loved it! I just love looking at all the office supplies that they have. I wish I could buy one of everything in that store! It was so much fun!
I made orange jello one day! I really wanted to make some so Mommy helped me. It was pretty easy. All I did was stir the jello mix into the water and then put it in these really cool containers Mommy let me use. My jello was really good!
I really wanted s'mores one night so Daddy said we could make some on his grill. They turned out pretty good, too! I love s'mores and want to make some again soon.
One day my friend, Isla, came over to swim with us. The water in the pool was really cold so we asked Mommy if we could go home and play in the bathtub. She said yes so we did! It was so much fun! We used bath paint and then she turned on the jets in the bathtub so it made bubbles. That was even more fun! And it was nice and warm, which was so much better than the pool! You can watch here!
National Donut Day was June 3 so me and Mommy got donuts and then we went to a carnival with my friend, Isla! Hurts Donuts, the donut store I really like, had a free carnival in their parking lot on National Donut Day so we went and it was so much fun! I rode the swings, rode a spinny type ride, played in a bounce house, met some princesses and even had my face painted by one of them! It was super fun! I even got to get a cotton candy donut which is my favorite! You can watch me ride one of the rides here!
I got to go to a baseball game last week! All of my friends at school got free baseball tickets to the Springfield Cardinal's game, so we all went! Lucy was at church camp so she didn't go. It was fun to be there and I saw my friend, Isla, and my friend, Ireland. I also saw some teachers and I got a hot dog and popcorn! It was a fun night!
We went shopping one day for Daddy to get some new shirts. I found this super fun outfit and had to pose with it!
I've been taking piano lessons this year and kind of really like to play the piano! I think I'm doing a good job at it, too. I found a Frozen II piano book that Lucy used to use and started playing a song out of it. I think I did a really good job and you can watch me play here! This is only like the second time I ever played the song, too!
I made up a book about my BFF Zoey and me! I think it turned out really good. I really like Zoey. She's new to school this year and I've had a lot of fun playing with her this year. I will miss her in the summer and I hope we are in the same class next year in second grade!
