I really like my first grade classroom! It's so cozy and pretty! And I love my teacher, Ms. Perkins. We got to meet our teacher on the day before school started and Mommy went with me. She took lots of pictures of my classroom. I'm glad she did, although I really don't like having to be in some of the pictures! I sit at a table with two boys and one other girl. So far it's been good!
In July Mommy took us to see the Descendants musical at the Springfield Little Theater. We've been watching the Descendants movies all summer and really liked them. She was excited to find it was going to be a musical and took us. She's so nice! She even took us to eat at Chick fil A before the show. It was a fun show and we had really good seats. I want to go back and see another show there sometime soon!
I have my very own Chromebook computer now to use at school and I get to take it home each day! I got it on Tuesday and had it decorated with stickers that night! Daddy even found a strap to go on my case so I can wear it on my shoulder. I LOVE having my own Chromebook!!
My first day of FIRST grade was on Monday! I can't believe I'm already in first grade! My teacher is Ms. Perkins and I love her! She's who Lucy had and I really like her! She's so nice and has already given me lots of candy and fun treats for being good! I think it's going to be a good year in first grade. Mommy and Daddy couldn't walk us into school because of covid, but that's okay, because I know everything about the school so knew exactly where to go to my classroom! And like always, Mommy took us for a snow cone treat after school!
I have a fun dish washing toy that I got for Christmas a few years ago and got it out to play with last week. I had totally forgotten about it! It's fun because water actually runs through it and Mommy even let me wear her real dish washing gloves that she wears.
We went to Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Nathan's house last month for Cody's birthday and went swimming in their pool. It was a lot of fun because they have these pool mats that kind of help you walk on water! It was so much fun and you can watch me here!
When I spent the night at Gumma and Poppy's last week Gumma got out Mommy's old Alvin and the Chipmunks stage and car that she had saved at her house and let me play with it! It's so cool! Earlier this year Gramma brought me Daddy's old Alvin and the Chipmunks tour bus, so now I have more Chipmunks stuff to play with! Gumma's stuff even had the Alvin, Simon, Theodore, Jeanette, and Eleanor dolls to play with. It's so cool! I did the opening song of Alvin and the Chipmunk and you can watch it here!
