My Half Year Birthday!

My half year birthday was on August 20 so I am now 5 1/2 years old! My half year birthday was a super fun day because I got to do a lot of fun things. In the morning I got to go to school and meet my teacher and see my classroom. Then Gumma and Poppy took us to get donuts and chocolate milk and then to Steak in Shake for lunch. Gumma gave me $5 for my half year birthday, too! After lunch I got to pick up my school supplies and I got to go to Target to buy a toy with the money I've been saving up. I got a really cool Barbie thing that makes noodles out of playdoh! I love it! 

Mommy and Lucy sang happy half year birthday to me at dinner and you can watch them sing to me here! Mommy also gave me a mini Barbie and some sprees candy! I had a great half year birthday and now I can't wait until my real birthday when I will turn 6!!

KINDERGARTEN!!!!

I'm officially in Kindergarten now and I'm so excited about it!! I have been waiting to go to Kindergarten for such a long time and I can't believe it's finally here! Last week I got to find out who my teacher was and I got Mrs. Williams! Mrs. Williams is who Lucy had for Kindergarten and I really like her! Here's me looking at my class list last week! Then last Thursday I got to actually go in my school building and meet my teacher and see my clasroom! I even got my school supplies and my very own iPad to use for school! I was so super happy to get my own iPad! It was fun having that meeting and meeting my teacher and seeing what my classroom is like. Mrs. Williams even gave us all a mask! We got to pick from a whole bunch of different masks and I picked one that's red with hearts on it. 

Last Saturday we got my home school area all set up and ready to do. Because of Covid, I have school at home Monday-Wednesday and then get to go to the school building on Thursdy and Friday. So Mommy helped me set up a space in my room where I will sit and do my school work when at home. I love my school area! 

This was kind of my first day at school! I started on Monday, but Mommy had to go to the gym, so me and Lucy had to go with her! We did our school work when we got home from the gym. 

My teacher gave me a special present to open the night before I actually got to go to school, so I opened it last night. It was Jitter Glitter and so neat! You can watch a video of it here! 

When I went to put the Jitter Glitter under my pillow I found a fun surprise from Mommy! You can watch me find my surprise here! 

On the first day of school we took lots of pictures! This one is of me, Lucy, and our favorite neighbor, Mr. Mike! He's so fun and got up to take a first day of picture with us! 

Mommy and Daddy couldn't walk me into my classroom, but I got to walk in with Lucy, so that was okay! I was super excited and a little nervous to go it, but overall, I think I'll really like Kindergarten! 

Fun With Daddy!

I love to sit on Daddy's legs and have him bounce me all around and pretend like I'm riding a horsey. It's sooo much fun! You can watch me here! This last time he did it he really bounced me around and I laughed and laughed and laughed! Thank you, Daddy! I love you! 

Sunday School Lessons!

I had a fun time in Sunday school last week! We made our memory verse into a song and I love to sing it! It goes like this and you can watch me sing it here!

Camera Fun!

I love playing with Mommy's phone and especially the camer on her phone! One day when we were at the pool I was making videos and used a fun feature on it. I think it's so funy! You can watch me here!

Air Hockey Table!

We have an air hockey table! One of Gumma and Poppy's friends had it and didn't need it, so he gave it to them to give to us! I'm so excited to have this! We have it in the basement and it's a lot of fun to play. It keep score and everything! You can watch us play here!

My Readings

I like to write stories and then read them to people. I also like to speak in Spanish and French, too. I think my stories are great and you can watch me here!

I'm So Strong!

Sliding Fun!

We went to Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Nathan's a few weeks ago to swim in their pool and it was so much fun! They have a slide and I went down it and even jumped onto on of their pool rafts when I did. It was so much fun! You can watch me here! It was a fun day swimming and I hope we get to go back really soon!
