Preschool Field Day!

We had field day at preschool one day and it was so much fun! We got to do some really fun stations and Mommy even got to come help. That was really fun having her at school on field day! Our stations were a really fun water game where you had to soak a sponge in water and then run it over to another bucket and squeeze all the water out to fill up the bucket. The next station was the parachute which was fun to play with and keep a ball going on top of it! We had a super fun dance station where I showed all of my friends how to floss! We had a yummy popsicle station and then a station where we got to play with chalk and water. I really liked field day! You can watch me play my water game here and dance here!

Opposite Day

We learned about opposites at school one day a few weeks ago. One thing that we did with opposites is writing upside down! We got to lay on the floor underneath the table and our paper was taped to the bottom of the table. We had to draw a picture that way. It was fun, but kind of hard drawing opposite of how we usually do it! I love preschool and really love all my friends!

My Dance Progress Report

I got my dance progress report a few weeks ago and I think I'm doing a really good job! Mommy is super impressed with how well I've done at ballet and tap! I really love dance and am so thankful that Mommy and Daddy let me do it! I'll take a break for the summer, but will look forward to starting dance class again in the fall!

Art Museum Class!

I got to go to an art class at the art museum a few weeks ago with Mommy and Gramma even got to come along! Gramma and Grampa were here for Daddy's birthday, so she went with us. She was nice to ride with me in the way back of the van and Mommy drove us around town!

At the art museum I got to do some painting on a big piece of paper on the wall. There were some other kids there and we all started by making dots and circles on the paper and then it became a bunch of flowers when we were all done. It was neat to do, but I was really tired, so I was kind of sleepy while doing it.

Then we got to hear a story and make a flower using paint and tissue paper. That was pretty fun, especially the way I made the stem of the flower. The lady leading the class put a little dab of paint on my paper and then gave me a straw. I had to blow through the straw to get the paint to move up the paper to form the stem. It was really cool!

My Spring Report Card

Here's my spring report card from preschool. I think I've done a really good job this year at learning everything I had to learn! It's crazy to think that at the beginning of the school year I didn't know my letters or numbers and now I know them all and can even count to 100! I've had such a great year at school, but am really looking forward to the summer!

My Robot Song

We sing a really fun song at school about a robot. I love it so much and one day Mommy recorded me singing it. You can watch me here!

My Spring Preschool Program

I got to be a part of my preschool's spring program last month! It was called "Welcome To A Day At Ridgekids" and was all about everything we do during our school day. My class started the show by saying our three pledges, singing our welcome to school song and our days of the week song. Our pledges are the Pledge of Allegiance to the American flag, Pledge of Allegiance to the Christian flag, and Pledge of Allegiance to the Bible. It was a fun program! Dancing!

I love to dance and I really love dancing to some of the videos we watch online. One day Mommy recorded me dancing. You can watch me dance here!

My Rocket Ship

One week at school we learned about space and rocket ships. We got to color a rocket ship and I think mine looks so pretty!

Skate Night!

Lucy's school had a skate night a few weeks ago and we went to skate. It was so much fun! I used a little skater thing and then even skated my myself for a little bit. I can't wait to go back and skate again soon! You can watch me skate here!

My Magnet Chart Toy

I have a chart that I put magnets on for good behavior, following rules, doing something good, things like that. Mommy said that I could get one toy from the dollar store when I filled up all 35 spots on the chart. I finally filled it up and got this super cute little doll and kitchen to play with. It's super fun and I can't wait to fill up my magnet chart again!

Swinging Cannonball!

I love swinging, especially swinging on my tummy! One night I even made a game out of it and called it a swinging cannonball! You can watch me do it here!
