I Can Write My Name!

All year long I've been learning how to write my name at preschool. It's been kind of hard, but I think I finally figured out how to do it! You can see it in my picture below and you can watch me write it here!

Playing In The Snow

One day a few weeks ago we got a very little bit of snow overnight. It melted on the grass, but it stayed on our playhouse, so I went outside to play in the snow! It was fun, but cold! Lucy and Daddy came out to play with me, too, so that made it even better. I hope we get some real snow sometime soon!

Car Fun With Mommy!

When I go to preschool I get to hang out in the car with Mommy for 15-20 minutes before I go into school. Sometimes we wait in the car line and sometimes she walks me into my classroom. Whatever we do, though, I always get to sit in the front seat with her. It's so much fun! I get to pretend to drive and we take fun selfies together! I love my Mommy!

My Car Seat Party

I got a bunch of LOL stickers at Christmas and decided to put them all over my car seat. I thought it was be fun to make my car seat a party! I love all my stickers and I love my car seat party!

Playing Peppa Pig

I got a really fun Peppa Pig camper for Christmas and I love playing with it. Mommy was watching me play with it one day and thought it was really fun, so she recorded me. You can watch me play here!

My Ears

When I was only 16 months old I had tubes put in my ears because I got a lot of ear infections. You can read about it here. I have to go back every six months or so to the ear doctor for him to check my ears and make sure everything looks okay. I saw him a few weeks ago and he said my right ear looked good, but my left ear needed some help. The tube was starting to fall out, so he used this neat looking tool and pulled the tube out for me! It was neat because I got to see the tube! It was really tiny and it was blue. He also said I have a hole in my eardrum. I think the hole is from the tubes, but I'm not really sure. He said it was very uncommon for that to happen and that we would have to keep an eye on it. It doesn't hurt or anything, but I am super sensitive to water getting in my ears. Mommy said everything is okay, but that we should pray for the hole to close up.

Oh, I got to sit in this really neat chair all by myself! It was super cool!

My Fun New Game

I have a fun new game to play. It's where I run up to someone really fast and jump up in their lap. It's super fun and everyone I play it with really loves it, too. I played it with Poppy when we were at their house for Christmas. I think he liked it but was a little surprised about it, too! You can watch me play it here!

My First Tap Class!

I got to move up to tap and ballet classes from twirl and tumble classes and it's so much fun! I had my first class last week and really liked it. It's different wearing the tap shoes! We also started working on our spring recital dance and I got to see what my costume is going to be. It's so pretty! We're dancing to "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and my costume is black, white, and silver. I'm super excited for it!

Moving Up To Ballet And Tap!

I get to move up to ballet and tap class now and I'm so excited! I've been taking a twirl and tumble class where I do 30 minutes of ballet and then 30 minutes of tumbling. My teacher tested me on all of the skills and she said that I've mastered them so I can move up to the next class! I'm really excited to get to wear tap shoes! That will be so much fun!

Not Getting Wet!

One morning when I went to preschool it was raining, so I brought my umbrella with me. I didn't want to get wet at all, so I made sure to open it up and have it ready when my teacher came to get me out of the car. Mommy said I really didn't have to use it because we pull up under a covered drop off area, but I think it was definitely necessary! :)

Preschool Presents

I had a really fun Christmas party at preschool in December and got a bunch of fun presents. My teachers, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Jaunita, gave me a fun Curious George book that I love to read. They also gave me a really pretty stocking ornament that I loved putting on our tree. I made a fun bag for Mommy and Daddy by painting my feet and making a Christmas tree out of my footprints. And I also made a reindeer ornament using a picture of me and my hand prints for Mommy and Daddy. I made a manger scene out of pretty colorful tissue paper, too. All of it was really, really fun!
