Painting and Picnics!

Lucy and I spent the night at Gumma and Poppy's house a few weeks ago and we got to paint pictures and even go on an picnic! The painting was really fun. Gumma had new paint for Lucy and me and we each got to paint our own pictures. Gumma clipped a big piece of paper to the easel and let me paint away. I had a super fun time painting like this!

Then that night we got a happy meal at McDonald's for dinner and since it was so nice outside we went to a park to eat. I really enjoyed that. It was fun eating at a park! And to top it off, we got ice cream! I love ice cream! Thank you for a fun time, Gumma and Poppy! I love you!

My New Backpack!

I'm going to preschool in a few weeks so I got to get my very own backpack and lunch box for school! I was so excited to pick it out! I picked out a frozen backpack and a frozen lunch box. I had so much fun looking at everything and then was so proud of wear my backpack around the store! I'm super excited for preschool and can't wait for it to start! I get to meet my teachers, Ms. Madison and Ms. April, on August 6 and then I start school on August 16. I'm so looking forward to it!

I'm A Good Helper!

One of my favorite things to do is help Mommy or Daddy whenever and however I can! I especially like to help them cook or bake and one night I got to help Mommy make the hamburger for our tacos. She said I'm a really good help! I sure to love to help!

Playing With The Parachute

We went to the library a few weeks ago for story time and it was so much fun! We even went to the train library that we haven't been to for a while. I call it the train library because it has a really neat train set that you can watch drive on its tracks all over the kid's area in the library. This library has a really fun librarian, too, so I was so excited to go. After story time we got to play with the parachute, which is so much fun! You can watch me and Lucy with it here.

Rescovery Center Fun!

Mommy takes us to lots of really fun places and last week she took us to the Rescovery Center. Well, she said it's really called the Discovery Center, but I like to call it the Rescovery Center. It was fun playing in their market and checking Lucy out with all of her groceries. And then there was a really fun thing to play with where you put balls in and they go all through some tubes and the air shoots them out really fast. I loved that and you can watch me play with it here! Thanks for taking us there, Mommy! I love you!

A Double Rainbow!

One night we were outside playing and saw a double rainbow in the sky! It was really neat and really pretty! I'm so glad we got to see it. It was also sprinkling a little, so I got to use my umbrella. I love to use my umbrella! You can see the one rainbow in the picture, but have to look kind of hard to see the second rainbow above the first one.

Petsmart!

We discovered a favorite new place to visit: Petsmart! We went there a few weeks ago to look at their fish and then we found out that they have a lot of other animals, too! They have cats for adoption that we can watch play. They have hamsters, birds, lizards, snakes, and guinea pigs that you can watch play in their cages. And the most fun part is that they have a doggy day camp where you can watch a whole bunch of dogs play together. It's so much fun to go there and I can't wait to go back!
